Order Processing Time
Orders received Monday through Friday for in-stock merchandise, including expedited shipments, will ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.
Please note we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Expedited Shipping Terms
Please note that orders for in-stock items placed with expedited shipping on Thursday or Friday by 2:00 PM (EST or PST) are unlikely to arrive over the weekend. Weekend delivery is available only in limited cases to certain residential addresses. Most shipments will arrive Monday or Tuesday.
Refunds will not be issued for orders not delivered on a weekend day.
Order Change Requests
We are unable to accommodate requests to modify online orders, including adding or removing items or changing the shipping method. If you need to make an adjustment, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one or submit a separate order for any additional items. There is a very small window of time in which orders can be revised; once the email with tracking information has been sent, that window has passed.
Please note that cancellation requests, as well as changes to the shipping address, cannot always be guaranteed.

Our Preferred Shipping Carrier
Our preferred shipping carrier is FedEx, and packages are picked up from our facility daily. Please note that an order may not always make the scheduled pickup and could be collected on the next business day.
PO Box Addresses
FedEx does not deliver to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is provided, we will attempt to contact you to obtain an updated shipping address. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
Will Call Orders
Will Call orders are accepted. Please do not arrive for pickup until your order has been verified and you have received a sales order confirmation stating that it is ready.

Shipping Delays
Please be aware that transit times may be impacted by weather conditions in certain regions during different times of the year.
We will not issue shipping refunds for delays caused by weather-related events.
Return Requests
All return requests must be submitted using our online form to obtain authorization before returning items. Any shipments refused and sent back to Noritz America do not automatically qualify for a refund or credit. Customers are responsible for making all arrangements with Noritz America for refused shipments.
Customers will be charged freight associated with the refused shipment, as well as a 25% restocking fee on all shipped products. Any discontinued items purchased are final sale and ineligible for return.
