Noritz PROCard Rebate Program Guide
Overview
The Noritz PROCard program offers tiered rebate benefits for contractors who install Noritz tankless water heaters. Rebates are calculated based on the number of units installed annually, with payouts issued at the end of the following year.
PROCard Select Tier
Installation Requirement: 12+ Noritz tankless water heaters per year
The PROCard Select tier is designed for mid-level contractors. This tier includes:
- Cash rebates on installations
- Promo codes for discounted parts
- Concierge PROCard service line for dedicated support
PROCard VIP Tier
Installation Requirement: 25+ Noritz tankless water heaters per year
The PROCard VIP tier represents our highest level of benefits, reserved for our top-performing contractors. VIP members receive:
- All PROCard Select benefits
- Dedicated technical support line for priority phone support and fastest response times
- Enhanced contractor directory access with increased visibility and lead opportunities
- Increased leads help grow your business
Rebate Pricing Structure
Rebate amounts are based on the BTUH (British Thermal Units per Hour) rating of each unit installed. Higher BTUH models generate higher rebate amounts per unit. This means larger, more powerful tankless heaters qualify for increased rebate compensation, rewarding installations of premium units.
How Rebates Are Calculated and Paid
Rebate earnings are tracked throughout the calendar year based on your installation count. Here’s how the process works:
- Tracking Period: January – December of each year
- Eligible Units: Only currently manufactured Noritz heaters that have been registered in the PROCard program during the current calendar year will count toward your rebate
- Calculation: At the end of the calendar year, we calculate your total rebate amount based on:
- Your tier level (Select or VIP)
- Total number of registered units installed
- BTUH rating of each unit (higher BTUH = higher rebate per unit)
- Payout: Rebates are paid out in the following year (e.g., 2024 installations are paid in 2025)
This allows us to verify all installations and ensure accurate rebate processing before distribution.
Annual Tier Reset
Your tier level resets each calendar year. You must re-earn your tier status annually by meeting the installation requirements during that year. For example, if you achieve VIP status in 2024, you’ll need to install 25+ units again in 2025 to maintain VIP benefits. This ensures our program rewards sustained, consistent performance from our top contractors.
